At Corporate Core Bags, we stand by the quality of our professional accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned bag, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
